How do I book?

In order to book please click the “Send Inquiry” link and fill out the form. You can also email us directly at Info@Gallery86Chicago.com. We will be in contact within 2 business days. A $250 refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking date/time. Please note deposits are only refundable for up to 14 days after your booking is confirmed.

You will receive an invoice and contract via email to sign. Once your deposit and contract has been signed and received, you will receive a booking confirmation email. Remaining balance for your rental is due 30 days before your event.

How many people does the space hold?

Our space is 1400 square feet, open concept and holds up to 60 people.

What’s included in the booking?

  • 1400 square foot open concept space

  • 6- six foot rectangle tables

  • 2 bar tables

  • 40 white folding chairs

  • 2 bar stools

  • Fridge, sink and stove ((please note stove is only for warming catered food; temperature does not exceed 300 degrees)

  • Premium bluetooth speaker

What are your hours?

We are open Sun- Thurs 9am-9pm; Fri-Sat 9am-10pm

Can I schedule a venue showing?

Yes, we show the venue on Wednesday evenings by appointment. Click here to schedule an appointment

How do I cancel my booking?

Send an email to Info@Gallery86Chicago.com at your earliest convenience to cancel your booking. Please note deposits are only refundable for up to 14 days after booking is confirmed. Also, bookings cancelled 14 days or less from the event date are 100% nonrefundable.

What are the venue rules/policies?

  • No live DJs or outside speakers are allowed. Bluetooth speaker is included in the space rental.

  • No smoking or vaping inside or directly in front of the venue.

  • No loitering in front of the venue. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

  • Byob alcohol is permitted however, alcohol cannot be sold on the premises.

  • No open flames. All candles must be in a deep container.

  • Please clean up space after your event. Place all decor, food etc in trash bags. Owner will remove trash.

  • No Confetti or glitter allowed.

  • Over time fee will be applied in 15 minute increments for any time that exceeds the booking time at the normal hourly rate.

  •  Any damage to the space during rental will result in a damage fee
